I know it's an onerous task, but it's one you've excelled at - easily making this the best-run tourney of all time.
"The WATERLOO (as it should be played) TOURNAMENT"

I believe that every map has it's own optimum settings and I believe that WATERLOO should be played Sequentially with No spoils, Chained reinforcements and lots of Fog. This tournament reflects my philosophy and invites those of a like mind and passion for this map to battle it out for supremacy.
I will not be taking part in the tournament but I will act as a reserve if needed.
Here are the rules...
[spoiler=Click here to read the rules]The rules of the tournament are as follows:
1. 32 players are needed, plus 4 Reserves.
2. Premium Members ONLY (10 games will be played simultaneously)
3. Only players with a WATERLOO Map Rank Kill Ratio of at least "Murderer" and 15 unique defeats on WATERLOO at the time of applying will be allowed to join. (If you don't know your Map Rank then feel free to apply and I will tell you if you meet the requirements)
4. All games will be played as Sequential, No Spoils, Chained & Foggy.
5. There will be 4 Rounds and all will be identical (but with fewer players):
You will each play:
2 x Quad games (2 teams of 4 players)
2 x Doubles games (2 teams of 2 players)
4 x Singles games (2 x 1 player)
2 x Terminator games (4 x 1 player)
A total of 10 games.
6. All opponents and team-mates will be randomly decided by http://www.random.org and then randomly chosen again for the next set of games.
7. Points will be awarded as follows:
Quads game win = 2 points per team member
Doubles game win = 2 points per team member
Singles game win = 2 points
Terminator game...
Every opponent Terminated up to the end of round 15 = 3pts
Every opponent Terminated up to the end of round 20 = 2pts
Every opponent Terminated up to the end of round 25 = 1pts
Every opponent Terminated after round 25 = 0pts
This means that there is a maximum of 28 points available.
8. At the end of the games the player with the most points is the Champion.
9. If there is a Tie for First place at the end of the games then a single Terminator play off game will be created with all the players who are equal on points. With 1 point given for each person eliminated at the end of this game, we will hopefully have a winner. If not then this will be repeated until an outright winner is found.
Now, the infamous Rule 10...
10. If a game is not completed by the end of Round 15 the game will be classed as a draw and the points distributed evenly (1pt per person). The Terminator game which will be classed as finished and NO new Terminations scored after turn 20 will count towards points in this Tournament.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! This rule will change the way the game is played and is designed to speed up the tournament. It introduces new tactics into the map, so if you are a purist and get upset by this sort of thing DON'T join this tournament or MOAN when the rule kicks in... cause everyone will just laugh at you.
11. Any offensive behaviour or language to either myself or another player will result in instant disqualification from the tournament.
12. There is no Rule 12.
