With QPR's money, it won't be classed as an upset for much longer ;) Well done on making the next round.

The pure evil that is Tottenham Hotspurs caused an implosion in the dressing room, leaving 'star' signing Roman Pavlyuchenko to fail to take out a single defence. In response the boys in white were down in morale and vulnerable to the attacks of inferior by rank, superior in skill and attitude, Barnsley. Johnathan Woodgate was in particular described as 'piss poor'.

The response was a rather furious one from Pavlyuchenko, as he went on to physically beat the opposing lineup, conquering a region for the worst side in North London. However the response of keeper Gomez to this rage was to abandon the pitch, leaving the Spurs goal wide open for an onslaught that saw them lose somewhere along the lines of 6-1.

Had to take some joy out of getting knocked out round 1 :D . Fair play and all, Barnsley wins.

Add me as a reserve: Histon United (currently in the top 5 of the Conference) looking for a home tie against one of the big four to raise funds for our rise to the big league. =D>

Not to troll the thread, but does anyone know the name of the team which was bought by it's fans?

Just a few more games to finish now in Round 3 - and one to start! If all but that one finish soon then I'll do the draw and we can get most of the next round underway, leaving one space open for the winner of the final Round 3 game.

Cheers
