In this september will be held european championships in basketball and i want tournament based on that championship.and therefor I need 16 players.It will be 1v1 games
First round-4 groups of 4 teams,every player plays 3 games,first 3 proceed
Second round-2 groups of 6,every player plays 3 games(you dont play against teams you played in first round),first 4 proceed
Quarterfinals and semifinals-best of three games
Final-best of five games,winner will be 2009 European champion
