Hey all,
Well, my first tourney is nearing an end, and so I am starting this one.
As the name says, this is a Celtic Tournament. All games in this tournament will be Assassin.
There will be 32 players, 5 Reserves, and 3 rounds in the Tourney.
In Round 1, there will be eight 4-player assassin games on the Scotland game map. The settings will be Assassin, Sequential, Escalating, Chained, Sunny.
The Winners of Round 1 move onto Round 2, and the losers are eliminated from the tournament.
In Round 2, there will be two 4-player assassin games. The winners advance to the next round, and the losers are eliminated.
Both Games will be played on the Ireland Game Map. The settings in Round 2 will be Assassin, Sequential, Flat-Rate, Unlimited, Sunny.
Round 3/Finals: There will be a 3-game series between the Two Finalist. The Player who wins two out of three games is the Celtic Conquerer!
All Round 3 games will be played on the Wales Game Map. The settings will be Standard ( since there are no 2-player assassin games ), Sequential, Flat-Rate, Adjacent, Sunny.
Important!
Players can be either Premium or Freemium, as only 1 game-slot is needed.
You will be given 48 hours to join your games, if you have not joined by then, then a reserve will take your place.
After Round 1, the Reserves will not be needed because the player most recently asassinated will be the replacement.
Eliminated players will have Assassinated by their name.

I'd like in, but just to clarify, is it the player with the most assassinations who advances, or the player who survives to the end, a la standard sequential?

It is the player who survives to the end. You have to win in order to advance, if you lose, even once, your out.
