Ah, offing the only roll that could potentially stop a double voting SK eh?
I honestly can't say who the SK is, but I still think drench needs to be lynched to give town a fighting chance, worst case scenario we go down to 1-2 ratio, (possibly 1-3 if farside can block the SK) but that's still winnable, while this is the only chance we have to lynch drench.

I do suspect you may be the SK, for reasons I've stated before, but if I'm wrong, I'd like to give town a second chance, it's simply statistically more likely to find the SK with two potential days rather than one,(even if the first guess is probably sucsessful) why would the SK want the jail keeper dead? well if it's you then it's obvious, if you end the day by killing ani or SL with no reason, farside will block you, your kill will fail, and the following day you will be outnumbered three votes to two, rather than two votes to two.

I was asking about this:

SL wrote:Hmm, I see what you mean by the flavor of night kills. It appears the mafia shoots and the SK stabs, meaning that you were not targeted by the Night 1.

Well that sucks. That was my only lead.

I am confused about it, and just wanted it explained. I still do.

I thought at first that the only reason Stroop would hide with farside would be to kill her. After all, as mafia Stroop knew she could hide safely with ani and he couldn't be killed, so that would make him bulletproof as well. Instead, he chose to hide with farside, while there was a risk the SK would target farside and kill them both. So why hide with farside?
Since farside didn't die and there was nobody to protect her, I concluded that Stroop tried to kill her but she was saved by her extra life (that only the SK gets). I was however proven wrong when it was shown that the mafia "shoot" people and the SK "stabs" people. In that night, mpjh was "shot". This means Stroop was really hiding with farside and not trying to shoot her. Which in turn means that my entire earlier argument is void. It doesn't clear farside in any way, but it certainly doesn't prove she's the SK either.

In other news:
@ Drench: I believe your double vote on farside causes a tie in votes between you and her. That would cause a no-lynch. I don't want to see farside lynched, because her role could be the only thing stopping the SK from killing tonight. I have no reason to think you're the SK either, but if you don't switch you vote over to animorph by the deadline, I will be forced to switch my vote to you to prevent a no-lynch.

ok, so were stuck right now.

We have 4 people vs.1 unnamed SK.

We lynch: 3 vs.1
SK kills: 2 vs.1

I say I'm gonna unvote as to not get a lynch, just incase we get it wrong, we will be LYLO tomorrow.

With the dawning of another day, everyone fears the worst. They leave their respective houses and start to gather. Bowser and Popo are the first two to arrive, and soon they see Gannondorf join them. As they start to prepare for a final day of discussion, Zelda shows up, looking as surprised as the rest of the players.

(Note the scene is just flavor and has no information pretaining to the game)

No one died last night

With 4 alive it takes three votes to lynch.
Deadline for Day Five is March 17th at 3:00PM PST

I knew with the way Drench was trying to push my lynch yesterday trying to get rid of the one role that could stop him from killing so I jailed him last night.
Before I vote I would like to ask the commuter if he did his night action to verify that my JK was the only thing that stopped a night kill from happening.
I doubt the SK would have targeted the commuter but I have to ask for peace of mind.

Nope, I couldn't, I had already used it night three.
although strategically speaking, if I were SK I wouldn't have sent my action in either, so as to incriminate Drench. This of course isn't foolproof as long as you are alive farside, since there is a chance of being blocked for myself and SL (although technically I could negate your block tonight if I wanted to.) but if you yourself are sK there's no way to go wrong either, since you can just kill SL tonight and I will be endgamed.
Hmmm, just speculation I suppose, I am still in support of a drench lynch.

The SK cannot choose to forfeit his night-action. That leaves only two options: Drench is the SK or the SK targeted Drench.

Will give it some thought later, I have to go now.

If nothing was sent in, then the SK would kill themselves as attributed to the PM clause. I always accept preemtive actions though, and try and make sure every single player is active during the night, so this isnt a good path to take

I see, so then the SK definitely sent in his or her action night one and four.
Farside blocked MM night one, I suppose it is possible she attempted to target him for killing as well on that night, if this was accidental, then it fits with MM dying by the serial killer's knife the following night, it also makes sense for farside to frame drench today, since I had been pushing for his lynch yesterday anyways. If myself or S_L were serial killer I suppose we might attempt to kill drench, knowing he likely had been protected/roleblocked, thereby incriminating him further.
But of course there is always the obvious point, that drench could be the proven serial killer.
I'm not willing to vote yet... the main point of my accusation of drench was his inactivity, but he would have been mod killed if this was true, in this way I am leaning towards a farside vote, (although drench admitted to being active at the time on another site.) I wonder if drench or sierra would have targeted MM on night one? Still I am not certain enough of drench's innocence to give him a hammering position. Which is why I think his lynch would have been preferential last day phase.

Farside killing and protecting the same person is possible, but when it comes down to it I would rather believe the less complicated scenario where she's not the SK and she simply protected or blocked the right person. Which leaves me to choose between Drench and /. I think the two of them are pretty much on the same ground as far as contributions to the game go. However, seeing as how Drench tried to push for Farside's lynch yesterday - and Farside having the only powerrole that could prevent his win if he is the SK - Drench makes the more likely candidate for SK.

What I got from Farside's last post, she agrees with this theory, but I'll wait for her to post once more before I place my vote.

I know what jailkeeping does. If I was the serial killer I would know better then to attack someone I'm jailing.
@Sierra: I jailed Drench last night as he was pushing hard to try and get me voted out. Being the only role that protects and stops someone from doing anything I found this highly suspect.
Now I see / trying to act like I don't know what jailing does.
It's possible MM was a target for the serial killer night 1. It's possible that I protected MM that night. Why does no one think about that either?
I can't see someone targeting Drench last night. I'm the most dangerous role to have in a game (at least I think) where as I can stop and protect someone. However a double voter does mean the end for a SK if the double vote choses correctly it ends the SK if placed at the right time.
I think I need to go back and read every player in the game before I make a final decision.
