Its apparent given the locations that Noxchi3 most likely is not a multi account with the other 2.
However he does say he knows them

There is no way to prove what players were involved in this off site discussion or what was discussed.

You quickly resolved the situation by saying in chat that all chat should go in the game chat log.

However Noxchi3 goes on to ask you about another off site messenger service which leads me to believe he wanted to talk to you with no one else listening. But once again proof of his intentions is hard to do.

Kenosha goes on to talk about a alliance that is being formed, but no acceptance from another party was ever in chat.

And from this point on (game is at end of round 2) the game continues with both of the accused having non aggressions towards each other. You seem to be the main person that they attacked also.

You relaize the situation and think you have justification to have their accounts checked for unduly play. (which I concur with) & you speak of it in chat.

So from this game I think its accurately portrayed that the 2 above had an alliance going on and since Impero never once acknowledged one in chat it is an unsaid one.

Plus you know from the chat that at least some of them were talking on an off site program, and that the player that benefited most from this game [player]noxchi3[/player], knows some of the other players in this game.

If you take a look at the other game the 2 accused are in it is not hard to see that they have conjoined forces to eliminate the 3rd player.

So in conclusion:
I believe even with just the 1 game that involves [player]Kenosha[/player], [player]Imperio[/player]. & [player]noxchi3[/player] the evidence of off site talk, friendship between the players, & actions that took place in Game 4312557 will warrant a block from all 3 players playing together anymore.
The evidence in Game 4313154 further supports an unsaid alliance between [player]Kenosha[/player]&[player]Imperio[/player].
