If you would like to not see posts or game chat from this user, put the user on your Foe List (Personal Menu > Control Panel > Friends & Foes > Manage Foes, then type in the name of the user in the box). This will also not allow the user in question to join any games you are already involved in. If you would like to not receive PMs from a particular user, go to Interaction Menu > Inbox > Rules, folders & settings, then set up a rule to delete all PMs from a certain user.

no offense but isn't that what I suggested in the first place? I'm curious because are users only warned/banned when they use extremely excessive profanity?
