Im not sure what is going on between skriptal and spoon200, but if you look at the game, they have had a border where spoon has no troops and skriptal has 20 or so and has not attaked for many turns, im not sure if they have a secret alliance or what. can you please check into it?

dude, we have told you many times that there is no secret alliance, I was waiting till I had enough troops to do a an attack so that a retaliation attack would be difficult for him without him severely weakening his other borders.
