Lake Eyre is a one-step territory to cross from one side of the map to the other. South Australia is also the only state to border all others. That's why there's the extra army bonus. :)

though because lake eyre borders so much else it is easier 2 defend cause u can put most men there wile in the orange the armies are more divided

well u dont really should take this serious cause no1 else thinks about this the same as me :(

To me, that just totally contradicts your own point. If you have to focus your armies in Lake Eyre that's going to make your other borders vunreble. Lake Eyre's bordered by four other states, the Northern Territory's hardest to defend territory Tennent Creek is bordered by two other states.

Do we need to continue discussing this point? :D

For other borders we have:

- Mt. Gambier: borders Victoria, the easiest to hold and potentially strongest state on the map. It's the equivelant of Oceania/South America on the Classic map.

- Coober Pedy: borders half the Western Australia border territories.

If anyone else wants to pitch in on this discussion please do. I feel the bonuses are justified.

Lone Prophet isn't making much sense to me.

The bonuses are justified. This has all been covered ages ago.

Visually I like the textures of the territories and especially the parrot on a tree in the background. :D

Edit: I assume we are just waiting on the xml to quench this one?

Just to check on a few things, post an image of the large and the small map with the army coordinates, to make sure they haven't swayed.

Post links to both the large and small map, along with the XML.

Forgive, I typed the second line in regards to links to the maps without the coordinates in addition to those with coordinates.

So post the links to regular gameboard maps if you could.

              Quenching

The Final Forge period has concluded for the Australia Map. All objections have had their time. The Foundry and I hereby brand this map with the Foundry Brand. Let it be known that this map is now ready for live play (barring any Lack vetoes).

Conquer Club, enjoy!
