You peel them like potatoes and boil them. The oil is lighter than water and can easily be collected once the procedure is finished and the whole thing has cooled off.

Why do you think they breed two different kinds of babies. Anyway whether for oil or for eating, make sure your babies free ranged. Battery farming babies is horribly cruel, just makes me sick.
