totally agree with you gutshots .. i thought i'd be losing to a captain but now i'm losing to a private ..... and it's really not fair for the freemiums
this should definitely amend the CC rules to include shit heads like this.
He may have been with in the guidelines set forth, but it sounds like malicious play and should definitely be considered an unwritten rule for gross abuse, which is last time I checked forbidden.
Not only do you need to make this right but you need to set an example or this will be a new trend here and disrupt the goodness of this game. Gutshot had it right in his post, this case should get a point reset to all the victims he plagued with the intentional lagging of the game in hopes to collect more points from, and should be barred from setting up more then a low amount of games for a period until he proves he wont do it again.
And set the example that any further actions by any party including Coded will be a strip of premium status or deletion of freemium account

after several ignored pm's he ended my games with him today, however i see now that his rank is like 2800 something. of course im kinda interested to see what this all does to his rating.
look at coded. look at his points right now. he is at 2700 pts. his highest ever before today was 2490. so.............by making over 150 games, and taking all the losses, without winning any of them until a later set date, he was able to reach a huge number in points and not do anything illegal.
so here is the way to do it.
1. take a small map. either doodle or luxembourg 2. start 150 games 3. play them regularly until you have the game sealed up or lost. 4. dont kill the other player in any game that you have won until you have 90-110 more wins stored up. 5. string all of those other players along for a couple days until you have reached your goal. 6. after pissing all of the people off you are beating, kill everyone that is left off. 7. look at the biggest point total you have ever had.

I'm guessing coded did much more to hurt his reputation among his peers than he helped his score.

considering its still closed, and with the closed message that also stated its still under debate, I am going out on a limb here and say its still under debate.. I can assume there is not pointdumping, so no sentace imposed. As to the lets delay winning part. Well gross abuse is still an offence, I am unsure as to the future actions of management. I can only asume that if this person will attract a following, that this tactic will be banned as well. Just be aware, currently it looks like Coded will get so much flak that nobody in their right mind will try to redo that tactic. It is pointless since you will be a paria to this community. Getting blocked by 100+ players is not a good way to have a little fun around here
i am setting something up in flame wars to reopen this up.
apparently nothing is being done to steer this tactic away. just as nothing is being done in alot of cases. i am sort of sad that cc is going away from a risk based site to a game that is nothing like risk.
it is tough to even find a good classic game on here anymore.........
Hey guys, completely forgot to post in here, REALLY sorry. Bad show on my part.
So, the decision was made that while what coded is doing is piss poor sportsmanship, he did attempt to win his games thus making this not point dumping per say. He was warned not to hold games again in the future and that he should end all outstanding games.
If we start seeing copycats showing up, this kind of gameplay will see a pretty quick, pretty harsh crackdown because it's not cool for those who are stuck in games which are being held.
Kill his sportsmanship ratings by all means, I think he's earned it.
