Please check your British Isles games
The British Isles map has been revamped, and now there is something wrong. It seems, some terrs have been switched.
I can tell from one of my games:
1. Before the revamp I was holding what is now called Munster. Now another player is holding it, and I am instead holding Northern Ireland, that I was not holding before.
2. The Game Log lists at least one impossible attack between 2 terrs, that do not border on each other (from Donegal to North Leinster).
Since my only active game on British Isles is a multi player escalating game, it is kind of difficult to remember the exact situation before the revamp. I imagine, that switched territories in a Flat Rate / No Cards game might be easier to spot, especially when it is borders of fortified bonus regions.
So if you have active games of that type, please have a look, and if there are problems / errors, report them. It might help fixing the issue. I already posted in the S&B forum and the official British Isles revamp thread. I guess, those should be the best places to report:

I had a quick glance through my game with BOB, and all the borders seem ok. Hmm.

Is it just my monitor or is this map, 'washed out?'
Is there a problem with the label "Oxfordshire" in the attack/reinforce lists, versus "Oxon" on the mapboard?
I liked the old map. This map is not an improvement; not on my monitor.

I liked the old one as well, Cork and Kerry always made me think of a quite well-known song.

I agree. The new one reminds me too much of the old Indochina, colour-wise.

Re: Please check your British Isles games
I apologies guys for the bug guys. The XML was a little mixed up in comparison to the old one so some territories may have played a little game of musical chairs.
It will play itself out since the new XML works with the new image (the bug was an isolated incident with the map changeover).
Feel free thou to further discuss this over at the maps development thread:

Don't have anything good or bad to say. Not really a map I play often. Have played it a bunch but it's not my favorite. I usually get my but handed to me playing it.

Don't get me wrong guys. I'm not saying it should be changed back. Just that I liked the old one better. If I wanted to pretend I could make a difference, I would visit the foundry. Then again, how well received do you think, "The old one's better. Leave it be" would have been?
Re: Please check your British Isles games
whats the point in calling it british isles 2 if there is no british isles 1?

I think that is for the sake of the transfer from the old to the new. Since the XML was kinda mixed up for old games I am assuming lack put the new up on the game finder as British Isles 2 and left the old to run itself out of existance.
Don't quote me on that thou since it's just a stab in the dark.

If you look here (clicky) you will see both the old and new files are there. I assume once the all the old maps games come to a finish (or most of them) then the maps name will be changed so that it is just 'British Isles'.
