Hey,
I like the idea, browsed the wikiweb for free images which might be suitable, and stumbled onto this:

Maybe could be used as a background or base for the map?

Yes, I wanted to use a graphic like this as background, a bit transparent.

As soon as I got someone for the graphic-stuff like photoshop, I will post it in the drafting room.
Eipi would help with that, but he has not much time at the moment. He could only help at the end of december or later.

cool idea, amazingly cool, but not easy, although it seems... you must work on it for a long time, the base of it is easy but you can only publish it if its complicated

OO! I like it...
I suggest you start with a basic anatomy picture, and each limb is a bonus, plus maybe two areas in the head, and then divide the abdomen and thorax into organs - either organs for terits or organs for continents, depending on the size you want, and the number of terits you want.

OR

maybe have each system be a continent, lymphatic, circular, nervous, digestive, etc...

But about borders, is not clear the way you can play a map on it....
Pay attention Human body is too difficult to develope.

I think their have been more attempts to do this before.
But I'm not saying this is a bad idea, on the contrary. Maybe search the threads in which people have tried it before and try to cooperate or at least give tips to each other.

It could be one of coolest maps on CC, if worked out properly. Good luck!

what about using ourselves? you could use male or female, maybe even both. With a female, she could even be pregnant. could break things up into regions, organs, etc

how about a map of the human body, there are 206 bones in the adult human, then there are organs etc... could also be an excellent teaching aid to learn names of body parts

Something with all the organs, you start on fingers and toes, move in towards central boy through blood or something... i dont really know.

That could be interesting, with arms and legs as continants. You could do a lot with it graphically.
