Just as a side note, when attacking with 60 on a region (assaulting with 59) against a region with 80, the odds of conquering the 80 is 20.99524% (http://gamesbyemail.com/Games/Gambit/BattleOdds).

If this a complaint about a player hacking the dice or the combat intensity levels, then the accused is wasting his time in compromising Random.org just to get some wins and some points. You can also try to play a lot of online games that deals with cards and dices and you might be surprised of their respective outcome as well. Yes, sometimes we do get unbelievable results, but that discussion belongs to another forum.
