I don't understand th escoring post of the first page...I have a 3 by my name. What does that represent? And does it matter if you win 3-2 or 4-1 or 5-0? Can it be clarified?

My understanding is that the number reflects what round you are in. The player who finishes the entire tourney with the lowest rounds wins. I don't think the exact amount of games won makes a difference. Dustin- correct me if I'm wrong here.

To answer some questions:
1. The number beside your name is the round the player is on. I have allowed the tourney to progress faster so fast players do not have to wait and slower players do not have to feel rushed.

2. It does not matter if you win 3-2 or 5-0 a win is a win and you move on!

3. You do not have to post wins here, but it is helpful, and pushes us to the top in the forum.

Tourney updated today!

Also if you are traveling for the holidays and would like your games held for a brief amount of time please let me know and we can work something out!

Okay, I just narrowly snaked by against negoeien in Benelux. A very good set.

Now, I'm leaving town on the 28th. Would it be possible to just wait until I get back on the 6th?

If I'm correct in my assumption that my next game will be against the one person tied with me, then it might be awhile before my opponent is even decided. I gather r0k0 and fbonsignori must finish their games, and then the winner of that pair will need to play redtide a set. Perhaps this is perfect timing for me to be leaving town.

Anyway, just letting you know that is my situation. I hope it works out just fine.
