This guy seems to enjoying prolonging already-decided games. Is there any way to convince him to end games like this?

Other: He won't finish a game where he's already won. I wouldn't mind much if I could ignore this, but these games stay at the top of my games list if I don't go through them. It seems pointless for me to build 3 armies each turn while he owns the rest of the map. If I don't take my turn and build, the 'go to next playable game' link will always go to one of these already-finished games.

He just has to take the last territory but he won't.

There is not really anything that can be done for this situation. I would suggest PMing the player to ask why he/she is doing this. If this does not work, you can always try to get lucky by auto-assaulting the stack that is next to you. Sorry that there is nothing I/we can do. Marked [Closed] and moved to Closed Reports.
