He clearly does this a lot though - just look at his ratings! Why should he be allowed to abuse people to such an extent? Yes, we can block him but he will just do it to somebody else!
On other sites I'm sure people would be banned for much less.
Correction, I had played him three times before, unremarkably! Him beating me twice, me beating him once. If you look to the game logs, however, you will see that the only person who spoke was me, to wish him luck on two occasions.

Quite sadly and in a thoroughly gutless manner, you will find that ConquerClub is not interested in the slightest in people being able to enjoy the site in a non-inflammatory manner. Quite frankly, I have come to believe that both lackattack and the moderators are THE problem with the site. Yes, I am serious.
I'm stuck in a game that I have lost but the player refuses to finish me off. I sent a help ticket to the mods and they basically said "f*ck you." So now I am deadbeating, and dropping my % turns taken because there is no other way I can get out of the game. So yeah, the admin staff is pretty shitty on making players feel safe.

Oh, the fact that it's in the rules is irrelevant, sadly. I've received a personal threat to my real-life safety and Conquer Club moderators did nothing but allegedly "warn" the other party (which didn't stop his PM's, of course). I didn't even get a response at all from lackattack, the site owner.

To those who read this and haven't experienced JaMarcus yet... I suggest you search for his profile and look at the games he's played. In some (not all, but enough) of his games, he's been really aggressive and abusive verbally to his opponent/(s)... Worth a look. I left his comment on my profile too.
It's not that what he said bothers me - it's definitely a reflection only on him and his mindset... it's the fact that he said it and seems to be getting away with saying that stuff to almost everybody he plays.

get over it guys. seriously i was in a game against some spanish guy when his mate came in and was stategising with my opponent about a standard game the two of them were playing where they were supposed to be opponents. i went into that game and posted the comments and was left a "u a gay fuckwit" on my wall. did i cry? no i let him hv it and broke him dwn till he said sorry friend and removed the stuff he wrote on my wall. Ckalimali was his name. i hvnt had the pleasure of playing JaMarcus but when i do play him it wont be a game of tiddlywinks. this is a war game and if u cant handle abuse dont play people that abuse u. YOU DONT HAVE TO PLAY HIM. YOU CAN FOE HIM. YOU CAN DROP NUTS. at the end of the day you cant punish someone for their personality. i dont like some people and i dont play them. its just a game guys and ur taking a little lip too seriously just dont let it get to u. hv a box of tissues by the computer if u need it but all this whinning is just dumb.

If you or anyone has an abusive PM from him, please copy it or or provide a screenshot here. I can't justify warning him without it.
As for the wall, they are self moderated and if you don't like one comment someone makes, just toughen up and delete it. I don't see justification in that comment on a wall or game chat as justification for a warning. Please remember what is said in the Community Guidelines:
*Banter and some trash talking IS allowed in the Game Chats, so don't waste time complaining about that. *You may not be used to hearing or reading those "four-letter words", but some people do and will use them. This isn't a reason to open a complaint about the player; just kindly ask them to stop or ignore them.
Its the intentional deadbeating. If you get any luck, or say something he does not like.. e.g. "lol" or "unlucky" you get deadbeated, even though the game is virtually over. For your premiums its ok, but for non frees its a wasta f time
Go to his ratings and you will see that he almost always gives everybody ones across the board! While this is admirable consistency, it still paints the picture of what an arse he is.
This guy is the worst type of human or sub-human know to man. CC should at lest ban any communication privileges he has. He has been abusive to my son as well as me. In the real world cursing and abuse exists so I have at least spoken to my son about what type of ignorant person JaMarcus is, but in reality CC should do something about this type of person.
That's sort of funny, though the point he made was entirely valid. People shouldn't be allowed to get away with abusing other players just because the other players can stick their fingers in their ears and pretend there isn't some pompous shitbag standing next to them screaming bloody murder.
Comments: The games above happen to be just the last four games JaMarcus has left Ratings for...but has left over 600 ratings of 1 star for opponents played. Seems to be making a game of the rating system.
