I never typified a tiebreaker policy as it never was necessary in Round 1 (though there were close calls). I'm going to say that higher-place-finishing is the tiebreaker. If that doesn't solve issues, a 1v1 match on an Egypt map of my choice (likely the one they both did worst at) with the tournament settings will be played for advancement.

I also got the maximum difference of 9 points to everyone else That wasn't planned, though -- I didn't have the luxury of choosing whom to take out first in the last game, which was much closer than the others.

I just eliminated blue in the last game in the finals, for a total of at least 9 points, whereas the runner-up can get at most 8 points by winning the last game -- so I think that decides the tournament.

Technically you were the winner when you took 2nd in Lower Egypt and 1st in both Upper and Nubia. I'm waiting for the last game to finish for the sake of completeness.
