Why do people join a speed game if they cannot finish it? We already have one other person in our game with a sitter

In my opinion, it should be against the rules to have sitters for Battle Royale games. It's extremely annoying for players left in the game who have played for however many hours already. If you can't/don't want to play on, quit.
