Since you already have so many wins, theres very little chance we could come back. Lets just call you guys the winners.

TUC accepts defeat.
LoW wins.

I agree....I left clan leadership, to invoke a democratic clan. They had all these wonderful plans and then it died there! They cant even muster the time or dedication to finish off a couple of trips and quad games!

unless either clan runs out of players, we should continue. so whenever LoW organizes clan management, we can continue.

in the mean time, we'll also organize ourselves lol

Ok, so it seems that some players want to get this finished.

Who is the clan wars contact for the Untouchables?

The contact for LOW should be [player]e_i_pi[/player]

Come on cena! You dont choose the most inactive director to be organiser for Clan Wars. You guys need to step it up or step down!

I've gotten some ideas from this thread that the CLA should talk about. Things like time lines, game deadlines, primary and secondary contacts etc. I've recorded this as final on the ELO ladder a while ago and will revisit if both clans can agree to continue.

Given TUC did not respond at all about playing in the Clan League, I think they should deal with their internal issues first before worrying about finishing this off.

So it looks like some people want us to finish this war....
Assuming we can find someone to organize everything (hulmey left halfway through and never updated our stuff or made the games...), we'll get something to you guys in a day or two.

That is, if you still want to play.

I left because the council was introuduced and rather than having a leader, we had 5 or 6 players making the descions! I handed over the clan war to you guys. I think between the 5 of you, games could have been made and finished by now. I even made a thread about how many games needed to be finished and what type they were!

are you freaking kidding me?

We sent out atleast 20 pms to their clan leadership about this. And I believe that there was also a vote in their forum.

The results are 16-8, with 14 games left to go. TUC had the benefit of creating most of the games and I doubt that the results will be significantly different if we played it out. They need to win 13 of the remaining 14 games in order to win the challenge.

I just see it as an unnecessary hassle on our part.

Jpcloet, while your intentions are great, I personally do take offense at being told what to do. The TUC leadership accepted defeat and we have been bumping this thread over and over (along with sending out shitload of PMs). No one from TUC came forward then -- why are they doing so now?

Anyways, good day. Please include me if you are trying to contact LoW.

because they want to up the % from 33 so they can retain #2 spot for a short while until we win against gen1.

I was simply trying to reconnect the clans together. I don't see where I told anyone to do anything. Based on the limited conversations I've had, I see no reason why this should continue, just wanted to see if it was an option.

so what is the future protocol for clans forfeiting challenges? and can we keep KoE/TuC out of this ever after? thats two challenges they have bailed in after losing now, it seems to be becoming a habit.

Something on the 2009 agenda for the CLA. I have seen default results issued for an ELO system but it relies on a standardized format number of games in challenge which we don't have right now. I like flexibility in challenges so it will need a very creative solution.
