Round 3 will be 2-way games on British Isles.
The fourth and final round will be a 1 on 1 game on British Isles.
The winner will be designated as the "Overlord of Europe on (Hopefully) my future tourneys.

I take the top two winners from each game in rounds 1 and 2.
