Forza AZ's Doubles Tournament [WINNERS: Condor & chard]

This is a tournament for doubles in which there first will be a groupstage (4 groups of 5 teams). The best teams will qualify for the knock-out phase.

All games will be 4-player doubles games which will be played in sequential order. The other conditions are determined by the “home-team”. So every team has to choose which map, which cards system and which fortifying system they want to play in their "home" games.

This is the schedule of the tournament:

Winners of each game get 1 point. First 2 teams from each of the 4 groups will go on. If teams have the same amount of points, their head-to-head game(s) decide who finishes higher. When that also doesn’t give a conclusion, there will be a play-off:
a) 3 teams equal on 1st or 2nd place: a 6-player doubles play-off game
b) 5 teams equal on 1st place: first 2 4-player doubles play-off games, 2 winners will play 5th team (randomly drawn) in a 6-player doubles play-off game.

Play-off games are played on a neutral map (I have drawn USApocalyps from the 15 maps that haven't been chosen as "home"-maps), cards and fortifying system will either be the one all teams have as their “home”-system, or when they have different systems, it will be the 3rd option (when there is a 3-team play-off game in which all 3 teams have a different “home”-system, the system for the play-off will be drawn randomly).

In each knock-out round the team that wins most games will go on to the next round. If both teams win the same amount of games, there will be a 4-player play-off game according to the same rules as for the groupstage play-off games.

For each round I will first make the games for matchday 1. As soon as both matches in a group have started I will make the games for matchday 2, etc. Same for the knock-out stages. So there won’t get problems with players that are not Premium. The next round will be started when all matches in the previous round have been finished.

This sounds like a load of fun I just hope to god there is some rule for non premium a/c holders who don't have enough open slots. I think maybe a time deadline or something needs to be put in place.(I know I am going to be one of the first ppl to fall foul of this rule lol)

I will start only the first matchday games first. So when it has started it will be a good idea to don't start any other games any more outside this tournament if you are not Premium. When the first matchday games in a group have started I will open the 2nd matchday, etc. So not all games will start at the same time, so there shouldn't be problems if more non-Premium players are in the same group.
