Owenator, threatening legal action doesn't change anything and makes you seem like a bully. And bullies aren't wanted on this site. You can't just make blanket assertions that there was not a lengthy investigation? The hunters are good at their tasks and made a ruling based on what they saw. No where on this site is it specified that they have to report to you that you are investigated.

Nightstrike is correct. Threatening legal action against other players on a gaming website is more than just a little deranged. Who are you going to sue and what are you going to sue them for? For defaming your integrity on an anonymous gaming site? Maybe you should consider this as a favor from the moderators. After all, you would not want to associate with known cheaters; would you? For somebody that has such a high regard for their reputation, this should be seen as a blessing.

Consider this, a few months ago I accused the same bunch of cheating and presented a bunch of evidence to support my claims. For whatever reason, my accusation was swept under the rug. As a result, Muld00n and Onkyo stole my hard earned points and then gave me the lowest rating possible. How about that? I suffered REAL consequences as a result of Muld00n and his gang of cheaters.

As far as I can tell, you have not lost anything. In fact, you have been saved from being found guilty by association. I have a much bigger beef but I'm not threatening to sue anyone. It's all part of the deal. It's part of the game. So, give thanks where it's due and consider yourself lucky. Now you don't have to worry about Muld00n beating you 7 out of 10 times like he was doing previously. Just think about all of the extra points that you will accumulate. You should be conquerer in 3 months. Finally, you appear to have many friends on this site. You don't need all of those old, low ranked, freemium buddies. Do you? Do you?

So now you are outright calling me a bully? Threatening legal action does NOT warrant me being a bully when you along with other admin continually brush aside my main points stating that I was verbally abused, harassed, called a child molester, and yet you've not acknowledged these points. I think these are far more worse than me threatening legal action and I can assure that there was no lengthy investigation nor do I think that it was done legitimately. All you probably did is a game search with all of our names and simply took into accusations and that was it. Your comment/response is exactly a sign of laziness and a problem with your attitude. I am a paying member. Do not forget that for one moment. You let a NON paying member put in a complaint and get away with it and now one of my closest friends "muld00n" is now a freemium after he paid you guys? This is outright ridiculous. There is absolutely no difference between premium and freemium members when it comes to cheating complaints. Not paying doesn't mean you are stuck playing against people who cheat. By the way, I am neither an Admin or Hunter (don't get that confused), and I have no clue what the hunters did to investigate your case. I also know that they are right at least 95% of the time, if not more. And if they were wrong (or you feel that they were wrong), you can submit an e-ticket to have it reviewed. You MUST submit that ticket to have the case reviewed, if you haven't, you have nothing to complain about.

By the way, did you ever read the Rules page? Specifically, the 2nd sentence?

I have a Costco membership. While I'm in there buying pallets of whatever, another customer runs up to me. He slaps me in the face, steps on my foot then calls me a homophobic/racist name. I was so upset about how I was wronged. So I sued Costco. That makes sense.

All i have to say is we dont cheat!!! We all work (worked) together and play amoungst ourselves..We donnot ask anyone to join us and most of us don't play against anyone else, all you guys should grow up and if you dont like it play with other people!!! Find your own friends and dont try to find other Friends on a website...If ya'll dont like it kiss my ass!!
