ITS OFFICIAL..Nationality Abuse is acceptable on CC

I recently played in a game where a player constantly made racial comments about me in both game chat & much worse via PM. Game 3547745,so very offended i reported it.
Now i was sure that once a player had been clearly seen to be making racial comments in a game that something would be done about it,the mods would at least give him a warning if nothing else.
However the powers that be here on CC seem to think that racial abuse is totally acceptable as they have done nothing,nothing at all, other than tell me to foe the player & have his PM"s erased on arrival via the power of the inbox!
Now i accept that this will relieve me from any further problem from this player of which i welcome,but it does Fcuk all to stop him from doing it again & again & offending more players in future.
I have also learned that this player has already been reported at least once before for racial abuse so this is not the first time this has been brought to the attention of CC either!
So CC,How many more times can a player get away with racial comments before you do actually something about it then eh?
Racial abuse in any form is wrong & unacceptable,its offending,yet you do absolutely nothing about it,not even warn a player!....Talk about not setting a good example.
This is CC at is its worst if you ask me,i will not be renewing my membership

I get your point that it isn't racial abuse, and that a lot of people wouldn't be offended by it. but you can't compare that kind of abuse to a worse type just to say it's ok. They're both wrong, and if either offend someone they should be punished, regardless of the fact that most people would just laugh it off.

Mods and Admins don't go around monitoring every game and finding everyone who breaks the rules. In the case of extreme harrassment, they will step in, IF YOU REPORT IT.

Contrary to popular belief, the mods can't see everything on this site. If you see it, report it, and let them handle it.
