how about first to reach 4000 gets to be WORLD DOMINATOR, since that is what risk is all about. If multiple ppl reach 4000, perhaps the one with the highest score should have the title, or just all of em

Sooooo.... why wait for 4000? sounds like you simply want the points leader to have a special designation.
