i dunno...its just with family guy, they crack a "joke" and then do a little flashback thingy to explain why the "joke" was funny. not my idea of humor...

I kinda get what you're saying... but most of the time I think the flashback elaborates on the joke and makes it funnier... like:

"he wasn't always evil"

At the rate it's going, that should be inside 3 hours or so. Best of luck nailing post no. 2000, I think it might be hotly contested...

Of course, if you miss by a couple, you could go back and delete some of your earlier ones to readjust the count...though some may consider that unscrupulous...
