Apologies in advance if a similar topic had been made, but I couldn't find it flipping through the first few pages of Q/A and Strategies subforums.
In the Feudal War map, part of the map flavour says "Victory is gained by conquering all castles". Is this actually a victory condition or just flavouring? At first, I thought this mean that you received like 999 armies if you held all castles or something, but I looked at the continent inspect from BOB and it doesn't have anything like that. I also read somewhere that new victory conditions were scripted in.
Basically, if this is actually a victory condition, then does the game end the instant we hit "Begin turn" if we held all castles last round?

Re: Feudal War
If you hold all the castles when you hit "Begin Turn" then the game ends. If you have BOB, there is the Objective Summary which tells you what territories must be held.

Ok, thanks! I guess a follow-up question would be: how does this work for team games? Does the game end if your partner holds some castles, and you hold the rest of the castles?

One person has to hold all of them. It's probably easier just to kill the other players at this point.
