North has to be where it is, but I dont like the symbol you are using. Move the North sign all into the North Pole territory. Since you connected Victoria Island to North American Ice, you don't need to connect North American Ice to North Greenland (I know i was the one who suggested that to you in the first place).

Great job. These are my final suggestions for now:
1) Change the colour key, so both green continents arent neighbours. Change it with Scandinavia?
2) Correct some colours in the legend that are too bright.
3) I would like a bigger title.
4) I think Europe Russia and W. Asia should have same bonus.
5) Maybe change North Pole territory name?

I agree with most of what marv has suggested. Perhaps you could reorganize the legend order from 'top map --> down', or some order that would be easy enough to understand and keep the alike colors away from each other.
Regarding the West Asia and European Russia it does look like they are twins, and should have the same bonus, unless you see know of some specific reasoning why you have it 7.
Regarding the bonus legend, some of the names are a little hard on the eyes. Is it at all possible to add perhaps a black outline around the text, so it isn't bright on the gray back? A nice little buffer might create something easier on the eyes.

1. I just want to make sure i understand clearly. Do you mean move around the names in the key, or change the actual colour on the map?
2. Will do
3. even bigger??? alright, i'll see what i can manage
4. i'll fix that
5. If you can suggest a better name, then I will change it.

Here's the next update. Changes I've made are:
1. Eur. Russia and E. Asia have switched colours
2. Taken a stab at correcting the colours in the legend, please specify which ones i may have missed
3. Made the title bigger
4. Changed W. Asia bonus to 6
5. Changed North Pole to European Ice
6. Added a very thin outline around the words of the legend.
7. Rearranged the legend again, they are in counterclockwise order, starting from E. Asia.
8. Tried a different North symbol (can i get more people's opinions on this?)

Excellent conclusion Dublin, agree with u exactly. The reason I asked you to move the border of North American Ice and the former North Pole before was to allow the north symbol to be completely in the North Pole, would look weird if it was half in NA ice when the country was named North Pole. European Ice is not a good name, change it back plz.DublinDoogey wrote:It's looking good, I like the new North Pole symbol.
I can see why people wouldn't want that territory named "North Pole" but I think that that would be the best option... European Ice is kind of akward, it's not really all that close to Europe. Just my two cents though.
Heres my 2 cents, straighten the top right and bottom left corner so it goes straign out of the map and get rid of the black line on the right and bottom. Just my two cents but i believe it would look better.

Is it all possible to add a black or some sort of outline to the letters? That would surely help break up the light on light, making it easier to read
Regarding the name...how about 'Barents Ice'...in reference to the Barents Sea which is in that general area. I like it better than North Pole and European Ice.

If you get the black borders from the letters of you just unitalicized, we would read much better.
