Chronic Deadbeater.
Pretty much every game he is in. It is especially annoying in teammate play which he deadbeats often.
The game I am playing with him now (3518855)... he joined, I took my turn immediately and he hasnt taken a turn since.
This guy should be banned.

He must be not that active of a player as compared to others, or was probably busy at that certain period. If this becomes a habit or he deadbeats more often, we shall look into this further. For now, wait the game out, who knows, he might make his turn and proceed in playing your game until it ends.
