Regarding those of you who play team games, do you;

1) seek partners out randomly
2) seek partners with whom you've played with before
3) use partners who are real-time friends

I do all 3...I'm not that picky. Some of the best partners I've had were random joiners that I don't know, some I've played so many games with that we don't even talk anymore ( we just try to win real quick :wink:

), and most of the people I actually know won't play this game...which is why I'm here in the first place

Pretty much entirely option 3, to this point. There are a few people that I've played against that I would definitely team up with should the occasion arise, so I will conceptually branch out to option 2.

But never option 1. My first day here I wandered into one of Blitzaholic's triples turkey shoots and was randomly partnered with another noob and a deadbeat. Blitz and his boys expended about as much effort on us as does a man stepping on a cockroach. So I'm a bit gunshy about signing up for a doubles game and letting the whims of fate pick my partner.

i try to get ppl who are not new recruits, have little or no neg. feedback, and have at least 2 positive feedback. that was a nice game Jork

I mostly play with my roommmate. And sometimes with others who live in our building. Makes discussion quick and easy.

Why thank you. It was a rather rude introduction to CC, if I do say so myself. It's only of mild comfort that I was but one of about two thousand people to have gotten the same treatment. :lol:

have been playing with people who are at least a private with at least a few positive feedbacks. I haven't been able to finder a partner who wants to stick with me for some reason????wonder why :?:
