This can't be a last minute thing - surely we should have been informed of the change beforehand. I'm sure, with time, the map makers could make something a lot closer to the original without it causing any copyright problems.
I mean....it's classic! It doesn't even resemble a map anymore; more like some chemistry formula!

Is it seriously going to stay like that or is it just temporary 'till something more suitable is made?

Sorry to be flippant guys, it's been a long few days

So, from what I understand (and I don't know much) we had to make the changes that we did because of potential copyright issues. I don't know what else you guys want me to say. That's all there is to it.

As to how ugly it is, sure, it can be revamped, and hopefully will be, it's not my favourite map right now

However, it's got to steer well clear of any possible copyright concerns.

There's not much else I can say, I'm afraid...apologies for trying to make light of the grave changes to the maps.

Wow everyone should calm down a bit. Chances are this is just temporary fix to avoid legal punishment. Look at the maps that have been made by the community - I'm 100% sure in the next few weeks people will have come up with alternative graphics/dice etc

Basicly we need to make something from scratch, im already mulling over how to do it and avoid copyright. but ive got 7 hours of work left before i can even start.
