[10-Oct] Server outtage

Sorry for the outage just now. The DB had it's quarterly hiccup (last down time was exactly 3 months ago today) but is back up.

If you were in a speed game, please submit a ticket to the tech dept on the help page.
If you were in a normal game and missed a turn, please accept our (and the data center's) apologies.

what if you were in a normal turn that got deleted sometime during the crash?

ie: a turn was played, and when came back, its like turn didnt happen.

The forum is back open. Not sure what happened, seems like hardware failure on the database server, but the technicians tell me that all the data is repaired and we're back open for business.

I'll have more answers and more time to look at the damage tomorrow. But please submit any bug reports to the forum or eticket so I can follow up on it when I get back home (i'm out of town for the weekend and I was coordinating server recovery from the car by the way, lot of fun ;-))
