No - there were a lot of people involved in the block - not bust. Including some such as Prankcall who is on that list. Personally I didn't find much error on his part - maybe slight but not really worth what the ending result was. I don't think it's enough to remove him ...

No score reset - merely a block of about 15 people or so. People got blocked that weren't even involved with each other really...

I hit 4k on game 711

I played 13 games to win back the 72 I lost in the two games before and I made 5 points a game before that, so 40 games back I hit 4k

According to mods and hunters, Maxatstuy abused account sitting privileges; to some of us that is cheating. As a result, gained points in casual double freestyle games. The extent of how many points he gained using this cheat method couldn't be determined, and the only reason he didn't receive a point reset.

EDIT: Prank and KG didn't have a cheat thread made against them. I personally wouldn't mind if they were removed, unfortunately it just appears they were bystanders. How innocent- no one knows except them. They were blocked as a result of Maxatstuy's ability to access their accounts in the future to prevent further abuse by him. A lot of good that's done.

Christ Scott learn to read what I said. I said IF we are using BLOCKS as a sign of guilt - that's FINE and Max SHOULD NOT be allowed on the list. But if he ISN'T allowed them NEITHER should Prank/KoG.

It depends on the criteria on what's guilty or not. Not everyone would agree a block = guilt. That's what I was debating. KoG and Prank both got blocks yet you aren't complaining they are in the thread. I understand the difference in situation between max vs prank/kog yet the difference in situation IS personal belief - the end result is a block with them nonetheless, which is the official ruling. THAT is my point.

So if you're using personal belief to say max is guilty and prank/kog are innocent, then what's to stop someone from having the personal belief that the mods are WRONG and you are guilty and they came to the wrong conclusion so you shouldn't be on the thread.

Do you at least understand my points on the situation? My question is WHAT is the criteria to determine someone being ineligible for the list? Does the line somehow fall in between violating a CC rule but not getting busted + getting a block vs just getting a block?

You're the one that brought up that the thread has lost some value or something of that sort... I was merely responding to you. I'm completely neutral on the situation with Max. As I said - whether he's on it or not isn't my concern, I'm just debating with you the criteria on where the line is to make you ineligible. CC needs to do a score reset then or something, also this happened to skyt and warsteiner about abuse of babysitting account. I dont like all of it either, but, i usually go with what CC says, if there was no score reset by CC, hard for me to take his score away, agreed?
