I really think that this has gone over the heads of the mods. Im quite sure they really dont have a clue on this one, so the have blocked everyone concerned. This is a balls up to the largest magnitude.

Bruce and his merry bandits were crying for poor maxxxx's head and the others of course would be blocked as well. They are party to the crime!

ok. i usually don't care about things such as this, but since i'm blocked i will say this. max has babysat my account a few times, most recently when i was in vacation for 2.5 weeks. he has never entered any games on my account, or taken turns on my account without my permission, and he never asked for my password, i willingly gave it to him when i needed him to babysit my account. i am sure this is the same case with many other players that have been blocked. being said, i think the block was rather hasty since the babysitting max did for me and some other players did follow the rules (e-ticket has been sent). i don't really care whether or not max is indeed 'guilty' or not, but i think this nonstop arguing is rather pointless and immature. honestly, there are better things to do with your time.

as for the block..i hope the mods can find an alternative method. i enjoy playing several of those who i am blocked against

Like Asian Max did not ask for my password..I was in a doubles speed game(3113532) only reason i did not deadbeat was becuz i asked Max as i missed a turn in this game looking for someone to finish for me.I would have simply deadbeated that game but it was a doubles. This is the only time Max has ever played my turns.

I'm sure that maxatstuy out of his kind heart just wishes to help others by taking turns for people who are genuinely unable to make theirs.

Unfortunately, maxatstuy was penalized for such caring action perhaps, on hindsight he should have just taken those team freestyle games turn(s) in sequential mode instead of simultaneously. With that being said, bear in mind he is a young boy who is trying to have fun and enjoyment in CC without doing any harm to others intentionally.

However, a blanket block of everyone involved from playing with and against each other is plain wrong in my simple perspective.

Night Strike, I think everybody is wondering about the ruling more than the personal blocks. Why were all the blocks put in the first place? I think that is what most people want to know.

Are you aware of the fact that instead of blocking Max's access to their accounts, they did not just block Max playing with them, but blocked all of them from playing eachother? Sure, Max and Paddy playing together is obviously prone for abuse, but why shouldn't for instance KingOfGods and 300spartans be able to play against or with eachother? Clearly they went over the top because there are no features in place to restrict Max to his own account.

Please stop confusing the matter any further if you're completely misinformed and failed to read all the posts yourself. How all you people ended up being mods is beyond me.

Don't you think an option to prevent babysitting abuse like that should be inherent to the site, instead of wasting precious time and effort on failed options like the medals and the ratings? Now all the inadvertently abused players have to suffer the consequences for one man's actions and the fact that the service they paid for isn't provided. Also, those aren't random pictures, they represent my thoughts and emotions.

sounds like you did everything correctly. Hopefully they will unblock your account for you if the information you provided is accurate. I would scan your IP and if I dint see you making moves for another account than I would unblock you but thats not in power.

You blocked the accounts out of the fear that I could log on and play for multiple people at the same time? Have you been listening to what ANY of the people have said? I never once joined a game for any one else other than for myself. I never played when it was not a necessity, and the 2 times that I did play for Paddy in our doubs games was months ago and there was nothing in the rules that prohibited me from doing so. Clearly I have had the opportunity to break the rules and start games for people, but not once over the months that I have had these peoples passwords for months now. There is nothing in the rules that says you cannot babysit for more than one person and there is no rule that says you would not be allowed to play with someone who you had the password for. Everything in this thread that has been said against me was conjecture. This block has not legitimacy and there is nothing in the rules that would support your decision to make it. If you wish to change your rules about babysitting, please do so; Im sure many of the people would change their passwords and refrain from giving them out to as many people. Until then, I have done nothing that should justify the implementation of this block. It is fine if you mod want to look at the list of links Bruce has provided you win and say, "hmm, it looks like a lot, he must be guilty," but why dont you try clicking on one of them. On page 5 of this thread, I gave a description of every link and explained my actions in every one. There were only two links that can even be considered suspicious, and those I have explained numerous times including the last post on that page. Never have I done anything that can be considered abuse of the rules to the standards of the when the "abuse" took place, and never have I, or anyone else on that list, done anything that would justify the block. The decision was made out of haste and not rationality. Change the rules if you want; until then, none of us have done anything wrong.
