Pirates of the Mediterranean [Winner: Natelya]

Here is my next tournament, Pirates of the Mediterranean. There will be 16 players. Each person chooses home settings and a map from this map of the Mediterranean:

Then, once everyone has a home base, you set in in your pirate ships to conquer and pillage! The tournament will be divided into rounds. At the start of each round, each player chooses a different home base to attack. Then they play a best of 5 1v1 match on the home base player's settings. If the pirate wins (3 games or more), then they conquer that home base, they now control it but must keep the former player's settings. If you lose your home base, you are out of the tournament. But if the home base player wins, the pirates are defeated and their ship is destroyed. They have to spend one round rebuilding it and cannot go conquering (they can't attack the next round). If two or more pirates attack the same home base, they have a sea battle on the High Seas Map. The loser of the Sea Battle forfeits their next attack, the winner gets nothing.
Special Rules:
-You send out attacks each turn equal to the number of home bases you have (if you have no home bases you're eliminated)
-You must attack with your pirate ship each round.
