here, I'll quote it for you.

I am organising a live Conquer Club tournament in Melbourne next Easter as part of the 2009 Conquest Convention.

To give you some background, Conquest is a four day Games Convention held each year at Easter. They run many different games and events such as Table Top, Roleplaying, Freeforms, Miniatures and Board/Card games. They also run special events such as demonstration games.

The whole point is to be there. They'll probably be playing speed games anyway, and you'd be a drag, cause you'd have to use team chat instead of SPEAKING TO THE OTHER PERSON BECAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT THERE.

Sorry if that sounds a bit blunt, but I thought I'd spell it out for you really clearly, and for anyone else confused by this Invitation.

Actually it's not a good idea to speak to the person, because someone else might hear what your strategy is. It would be cool to get a webcam or live camera to capture all the action.

Easter is not as far away as you may think. Especially if you need to book transport and a place to sleep. Answers are needed 14 Feb 2009. I would suggest that a minimum number is required and we don't know what that number is as yet.

So if you would like to be part of this event then step up.

see... you would have thought this would have been done MONTHS ago... it was sticked forever and there were month long lulls on inactivity... i hope someone gets something together... maybe someone else should take charge for the final push... ahem... just a thought..-0

The room will fit 20 people with ease Conquest are keen for this to happen. we are down to searching for an ISP if that fails then only those with their own Wireless Internet connection will be able to participate
