unfair alliances
ok well the three people in my game game six of this tournament were forming alliances against two of us because we were in a "weakened position"
even though i owned a full continent so they took me out with an alliance between them in the seventh round and the rules clearly state no alliances till the eighth round. and offered another player in a weak position protection while they killed the rest of us off. thats just cheap

i wasn't even in on the alliance tja and triforce had already decided who was weak and who wasn't just because they included me doesn't mean i had anything to do with it after my turn i put sounds good but by that time i had already taken out 2 people i should not be dq'd bc of others mistake. I won fair and square.

I found some errors on the tournament board:
- the players in game 29 are winners 27 and not 30
- the player in game 30 is winner 24 and not 25
- the players in game 31 are winners 30 plus winner 25, 26 and 29!
Could you, please, check and correct it?
By the way, in my opinion, this is the coolest tourney I played on CC!

we made a decision based on weakness go back and look at the moves there was no other way to do it, it would have happened that way any way, but whatever, if you think LOSERS deserve to advance and are best for the tournament then you do that????

whare does it say you cant have alliance???? the text below public alliacnce statement says there can be turn based alliance, that is exaclty what we did. This is bull shit
Temporary Alliances?
you say it is allowede on a per turn basis, why dont you go look at the game moves and see how it went it was a per turn basis and we still attacked each other, other players were severly weakened we didnt alliance we stratigized theres is a difference, that why its a war game its WAR

- You can ask/talk any question: game situation, temporary alliances (per terns), suggestions of movements and anything
- Alliances can be break at anytime without announcing it.
It states here that you can have temporary alliances(per turn). Dafrance that is exactly how ours was go to the game thread and research it before you jump the gun. THat is what a good TD does. you are convicting us without a trial. it was a turn based alliance. blue took out pink it was his turn, next turn was ace he took out pink and green's remaining, i attacked neither, it wwas the obvious moves to make, and it is stated in you rules that alliances were allowed on a per turn basis, so what you are doing essentially is letting others advance without you researching the matter and letting us speak our side when the facts speak for themselves.

first tourney
this is first tourney for me and acerun this is how we understood the game, your rules are unclear, we followed what was within them,(per turn basis), for you to do this with checking with us and getting our side is a little dirty, there were no other options, the players were going out anyway pink had New England with his strongest men being 2. green had 2 states strongest being 7 and it would not be his turn before he would be eliminated or attacked. This is how the game would have ended no matter, so you are now rewarding weaker players is that what you want?????????

here is the chat that took place. now that i go back and read the rules made out for the tourney how are heping's accusations correct. it says in the rules that no alliances are to be made before round 8. there is no talk of alliance. however stated in the rules, a player may make suggestions on the moves for that turn. that is all this seems like to me there was no official alliance made and heping was just upset because he got beat. please go back and read if you don't believe. he's just mad and you really should not be so quick to punish.

Game 30 is the most important game... no double-elimination in this case.

If they were going to lose anyway why team up? You must have felt threatened.

By your own admission in an earlier post you said it was an alliance. " it was a turn based alliance."
And then you let Triforce win because he asked.
SEEMS I MADE A MISTAKE AND TRIFORCE DID NOT WIN.
I think dafranca did the right thing.
