Your door, the unused one, had a section of ceiling that crashed down. However, the patients were on the other side of the hospital from the offices, and their door worked.

So...

The epileptic starts having a seizure. You rush into the burning building to grab the nearby medical supplies. You dash into the storage room. Just then, a creeping noise... you look up. You see, even though it wasn't the one he came in from, the medicine was located on the left side of the room. Therefore, Strikewolf got out because this was a narrow room, and it was right behind him. Evil Pope, however, ran across the room and the ceiling came down on him.
