Whilst playing in this game, green has openly assisted red maintain a full bonus of territories and never aimed to get any territory other than mine.

He is now sat with a border coviha (green has 5 armies) and Tomar (red has one army). This is yet another continent red owns and he refuses to attack or assist to prevent red winning. It is clearly at least, a secret alliance if not a multi account. He has been in the position numerous times to break bonuses of red but opts to sit and leave them.
