hell with it, the last few pages are full of worthy quotes. i can't list them all, but the main gist is this:

the "unheard-from vets" could not care less about this. wicky made a lot of great contributions, yes......but our lives aren't hurting right now. i get to play more and more maps with more and more playability options, now i get to aim for medals......effing cool in my book....however, the forums are much less entertaining than they used to be, could it be twill's fault? idk, but people have been hollering for wicked's azz for ages, now she has a few partisans on her side, why should we listen to either, just cause they're loud? (that being said, fix the forums if possible)

Lack I had really expected more from you. Didn't you see how Twill's post was received? Not very well. He gave us a lot of friendly sounding nothing that didn't answer the questions being asked, and now you give us more of the same. As was pointed out already wicked has been quite open with informations from her side of this, how about you being as open as she has been? The loyalty to this site, like all other social sites, is driven by the community, not the game. There are tons and tons of game options out there ... and people can gravitate to new games (i.e., you can move to a new neighborhood) but they can't take their cc identity with them (i.e., you can't bring the neighbors with you). If the members of the community see other members of the community getting sh*t on, expect no good thing in the goodwill department - which is all a shoestring business like this has at the moment, goodwill.

The fact that the executive board here botched the wicked's firing so badly (and I don't really care who had personal problems with who) that people are ready to march off and try to get the site shut down is non bueono!

Also, her pattern of extreme misconduct was way, way more than could have possibly been caused by anything like lyme disease, and I have compiled a huge amount of evidence against the individual in question for the following:

1. Harassment of numerous members

2. Cheating

3. Gross abuse of authority

4. Extremely unprofessional behavior

It is perfectly legal to fire an offensive, potty-mouthed, immature sociopath, especially from a position that requires dealing with customers. This is the exact case here.

In short, she most definitely deserved to be fired -- in spades. If CC made any error in this case, it was in keeping her around as a moderator as long as they did, and also allowing her to remain here even in the capacity of a player with no authority. I do have strong suspicions that she will not be able to squelch her lower nature, and that she will eventually get herself booted altogether. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I will be more than happy to assist CC administration with any trouble this unfortunate individual attempts to give them, in any and every way I can, including, but not limited to, sharing the large amount of data that I have compiled on her.

I was planning to report her for the above four points, and that's why I was compiling the data, but her behavior was so egregious, outside the realm of sanity, and downright bizarre that I didn't end up having to lift a finger against her.

Now I feel like, all dressed up and no place to go! LOL

Still, I am VERY happy with this site now.

I would like to publicly apologize to you for any trouble that I may have caused you in the past (mostly in our PM exchanges), and I promise that it will take a whole hell of a lot to make me lose respect for you at this point. You made a very good decision, and I can understand that it may have been a difficult one. However, the site will benefit greatly from the absence from the team of that mentally unstable and unfortunate individual.

The fact that you had the integrity to get rid of such a trouble-maker, rather than letting her offenses slide just because she was part of your team, shows that you are actually much more worthy of respect than I had previously thought. Much, MUCH more respect.

I was wrong about you, and I hope that you can forgive me for the things that I have said to you in the past. I'm truly sorry.

Seems like the site is split pretty even. Although I won't mention any sites in particular, there are other game sites out there almost identical to CC, without the premium membership fees, that is. I would have no problem finding a new site to play on, and I'm sure anyone else that is on Wicked's side in the situation wouldn't either. My premium membership was a gift, yes. But I was planning on re-newing when the time came because of the way CC was run compared to others out there. If this is the way things are really run (secrecy, lies, flaming ect.) Then I'd much rather find a new site.

You flamers out there will say "This is a rediculous reason to even consider leaving CC" But I really couldn't give a f*ck. I've made some great friends, but if decisions are made like this, in the shadows of secrecy, then I see no reason for me to stick around.

Again, I know i'm not the most edumacated sounding player here, but my opinion counts with that fact that I'm a paying customer (Even if someone payed for my memebership, you still recieved the money) You all need to understand, CC is still a business that Lack is making money off of.
