i have been thinking that would be good..what i thiught would be a cool feature would be about 5 rounds in the hindenburg line becomes 1way.youll need to look at historical sites to see what was considered tactically important ground which you could et a bonus for holding!!
no clue on how to get images up sorry!

Would you choose supremecy if it lead to isolation?

Looks nice. Would the neutral territories be part of the game or not?
And the bonus for Austria/Hungary and Germany looks a bit to much. If you have them both you get a 20 army bonus. That's way to much. I think you should make their individual bonussen somewhat smaller.
And does Cyprus belong to any territory or is it one of it's own?

Good idea
You'll need to work on graphics and playablility, remeber, the suggested size for a map is 800 x 600 pixels, your's is prolly 'bout four times that.
I'm not sure what program you're using, would paint be correct? I would suggest using a different (better, more powerful) program. I prefer photoshop, but there are several others listed at http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1410.
The Front Line is a good idea for non-passable borders, but you'll also want to use moutains and rivers, unless you extend the Front Line.
Good luck and keep up the work!
