This is an idea I've been working on for almost a week now. The graphics are OK, at least under my opinion. They probably could be better, but I'm not good at making those nice mountains or those fancy backgrounds other boards have in the website. Nonetheless, as far as simplicity goes, it's nice. The map itself is self-explanatory. Should I post it up as a separate thread in here?

Hope you like it.

Yes, but they're rather small. For instance, the Chincha Islands, over which a whole war was fought over between Spain vs. Peru/Chile, is smaller (or more accurately a part of) the district of the port of Callao. The port of Callao is currently a region of Peru, but it's too small for even this map I've made. The smallest I could go was with the capital, Lima.
Of course, Peru was also on the verge of invading the Philippines sometime during its history (back when it could be considering a semi-world power), but that's a whole different story.

If you have a working draft image, which you do, you're free to create a thread in the Map Ideas forum rather than post in this thread.

Hmm...okay. Thanks to the two of you for the comments and help. I'm currently adding the names of the provinces, but I'll post up the separate thread in some minutes.
