When you suspect secret diplomacy, you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings and add them to your foes if you no longer wish to play with them. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy or if you suspect multiple accounts, consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic.

Out of 15 games they are the last two left in the game in 13 of the games and they are the last three in one game. And in that one the final player was elliminated next go!!

(Not sure if you noticed the dates on most of the busts but more than half were from a month or two ago and had fallen to page 4 or 5.) Also, the [pending] tag was placed there by one of the hunters, which means that they looked at it, but needed more time to finalize the decision.
