hi there,
hope this is right place for this.
played the named player above and i gave an honest average feedback based on the fact that he was kicked out for too many gos and didnt join in the chat,which isnt a reason but the rest of us were.
anyway he seems to have used that as a reason to leave my the lowest feedback possible when i have done nothing wrong is there anything i can do about this?
its really unfair you shouldnt feel you cant leave honest feedback for fear of negative feedback left for pettys sake.
couldnt find asnywhere to report him too though.

LOL....

1. For the sake of good order - the "XXXXX"'s in the pre-determined form is suppose to be deleted/changed accordingly. You don't have to post the form, just use it.

2. Once someone sees your feedback (i.e. when a game goes from "recently finished" to the archive), it's to late for them to post a feedback on you (unless there is a later game in which you have both played).

3. Finally - No. This is not the right place to post this. If you read the rating rules/instructions you'll notice that there is no way to complain about a given rating. This section of the forum is only for violations of rule # 1 and # 2.

but you say about leaving feedback from recently finshed to archive he has left feedback straight away so dont follow.

what alstergren means is that you don't get to see what someone has left you for ratings until 5 days after the game has finished. At this time the game is put into "archive" and the ratings are released so you can see how other people rated you in that game. Once the game has been archived you can no longer give the other players ratings for that game. This is different from the feedback system that is no longer in use here at CC. With the old feedback system you could see you're feedback that you received as soon as someone posted it and you had a chance to reply to neutral or negative feedback. With the new system you don't have a chance to reply to poor ratings and you don't have a way of having poor ratings removed if you feel they are unjustified.

The quote at the bottom of his post is like a signature - it's not directed at you personally - it is what is automatically put at the bottom of all his posts. Just like my signature below....

yep that's right

he will have seen your feedback you left him the same time you saw what he left you. This way no one can leave "retalitory" ratings.

LOL. Wasn't upset. Just tried to provide some guidance. Guess I wasn't entirely clear. But see that all is good now.
