Re: WWII EUROPE(page1-13update 14 dec) solve size problem?
This map is very cool ,, Nice job, I have been waiting patiently for a high count territory map .. I have two suggestions .. The west half of the map is pretty tight with the size of the territories and how the circles lie within in them,, There appears to be room to squeeze the central front and the west side of the eastern front.. But instead of doing that .. Why not just number the territories or letter them like wwii gazala and battle of actium.. That way space is saved by not having territory name in the area. My other suggestion is.. Since this map is so big ( why is scrolling side to side not an option ) why not increase the time for speed game turns on this map alone.. The size alone kind of dictates that this game will not be decided in a few rounds so adding a minute or two to speed rounds so the player can scroll back and forth may be an alternative to shrinking the map...

I think the borders in Central Europe need some work, they're pixelly right now.
I think you should add some shade and stuff on the territories of Central Europe like you've done on the West and East fronts.
Is Karelia a no continent territory? Is Karelia really necessary at all?

I still say it'd be a lot better if you either
1. numbered every territory
2. followed the waterloo route and gave numbers to the territories and like someone else said put the letters matching the continent in front of those letters.
but the way you have it isn't bad
lets see this with the 888 and maybe even the large version.
I think the map can get stickied/moved to the foundry soon

well aim all ready have present map with triple 8,but if you not notice i can show you again.
you can notice that even if i put only first letter, they dont have inflyence on 3 digit overlap. But 2 digit can fit good, and if he alove that 2 digit is enough for test, then we are in horse.

I had seen that before, but as you can see there's only part of the map filled and many of them only have 88 on them.
I really don't know what the second part of your post is saying.
Anyway, there's still some little parts that could be better.
1. CLF and Lyon could be moved so you can tell which is which
2. move the Gen. circle to the left otherwise that 888 will overlap.
3. to be honest there's quite of few of these that will become evident when you actually put 888 on all the circles. If you do that, then you can see where the problems are and move the circle and labels accordingly. It's not easy and it'll be tedious but that comes with having such a large map. good luck.
I think it's very important to do this now because of the spacing issues. Get all the spacing done and then gameplay talk can happen.

If you realy want to be honest, then you will see that its not posible to put 3 digit and to not overlap with other numbers(just look Italy,i put two digit, because he can fit,but 3 digit can not fit).
Anyway, you have map without Names and circles, and you can try also to put 3 digit, and you will figure that is quit digiculty to put 3 digit to not overlap.Only two digit can fit good.
Re: WWII EUROPE(page1-13update 14 dec) solve size problem?
they can fit. you just have to move things around. I realize it's annoying and tedious but I'm not going to do it for you.
If you want the map to move along, then you need to do it. It can work and I know you can do it. There's plenty of space.

No,i just use Inset of Sigfried Defence, because dont have space in Main map. I realy dont belive that you dont see where Is Siegried Defense area.
I must say that these not whas easy, and all numbers not touch each other numbers.Ofcourse i belive that 90% of terittories not be filled with 3 digit numbers. So its these good for pass to main Foundry?(Idea stamp)

I think it would be a lot easier if you made Siegfrield one big territory.

I didn't notice because you don't use bigimage tags or you don't put your text before the image (thus it gets obscured by the avatar and name, etc).

I have a widescreen laptop so I can see everything.
Also, bigimg is required so if someone's having a problem, it'd probably help them if you used it.
I don't understand how 'text before image' will help but it doesn't seem like a difficult thing to do!

Re: WWII EUROPE(page1-25 update 13jun ) SOLVE SIZE PROBLEM
On some monitors, when you just use the image tags, the image over laps onto the avatar, name, post count...but all that gets displayed on the map. But if you put enough text before the image, it pushes the image down so it overlaps onto an empty space.
Hope that makes sense.

Re: WWII EUROPE(page1-25 update 13jun ) SOLVE SIZE PROBLEM
if you have BOB you can move the avatar and all that good stuff to the left side (WHICH IS THE CORRECT SIDE BTW)
Re: WWII EUROPE(page1-25 update 13jun ) SOLVE SIZE PROBLEM
This map is ridiculous. I think I mean that in a good way.
