CC World Cup of Quads 2008 Accepting Reserves

we have a USSR and Russia because the person to start this tournament ditched. My friends and I joined the Russia team when R0k0v took over, but apparently there had already been people who asked to be on team Russia, but had not been added on the main thread. We decided to let them be Russia and were originally to be the Ukraine, but decided the USSR was more fun.

PS. And join Finland people! It doesn't surprise me that it's not full but having some Finnish heritage (about 1/4 Finish) I'd like to see it fill up. I'd join myself but I am dedicated to my USSR comrades.

There's probably a good reason for it, but why USSR & Russia (USSR is like W.Germany their name doesn't exist technically).

I think it was because there were so many russians that wanted to play, or there were 2 teams that both wanted to play for russia.
