i can only say i know a guy who did, i didnt actually do it myself. He just finished up his tour not that long ago.

I applied...and worked my way through the process. I've still got 3 sealed letters written by family/friends concerning me...that I never sent in. They are still sealed in my filing cabinet. Given I never joined, maybe I should return them to the authors.
