PMs for NOOBS

I think an Auto PM should be sent to new members telling them about Real time games in Live Chat. They are so excited to play that they don't read anything. Just jump in a game (or 4). And then are disappointed when they have to wait a day or two to play, and then they don't come back. I don't mind playing them. I need all the points I can get. But if I can drop a game when one joins after me. I do. Something has to be done about this...

I just finished a 5 player game. The Starter then me. And then 3 blue ?'s w/ no stats. All three missed all of their turns. 9 days missed. I hope someone smarter than me can figure a way to keep these guys playing. Because it is really getting old waiting for no one.

If this was implented, why would anyone create games that new recruits could join?

well a pm is currently sent when a member joins, so all it would take is a small change in the current pm.

However this could lead to more noobs joining real time games and ruining them for players by disappearing half way through.
