Assassin with deadbeat?

If you're playing assassin, and a player deadbeats (never shows up at all), misses their 3 turns and are out... does the person who was trying to kill that person automatically win?

No. The person who was trying to kill the deadbeat, would then be trying to kill the deadbeat's target.
