I have no set number of teams to enter.

And I've explained the reasons to edbeard on page 5.

I probably will pull them in anyhow. Not sure as of now.

There will be a 4 groups of 9 teams each in Qualifying round.

Top 3 teams from each group will proceed to the finals.

There will be 1 group of 12 teams in the Finals.

Each team will play 4 games against another team in the group (Qualifying or Finals).
